I was going to post a comment on how when anonymous bloggers post unacceptable comments on HuffPo, then the Howard Kurtzs of the world are shocked and write WaPo op-eds on it. But when well-connected Republican politicians or operatives like Coulter spew childish epithets or calls to violence at official Republican fora, narry a peep is heard from the MSM. But I had hunch that Glen Greenwald would beat me to punch, and he has, here.
