Seems that South African dockworkers refused to unload a shipment of Chinese arms bound for Zimbabwe, even though many of the dockworkers are members of the ANC--the leadership of which has been criticized for its closeness to Mugabe. Even the Bush administration got into the act and did something good, getting the Angolan government to turn the ship away, too.
